We are available to assist you by phone and appointment during regular office hours. After hours, you may leave a message on our answering system. In addition, we also offer a secure online patient portal where you can:
- contact your practitioner and staff
- request prescription refills
- update your contact and insurance information
- manage your Health Summary (medications, problems, allergies, medical history)
- view upcoming scheduled visits
- view lab results
- view and export your Chart Summary
If you’d like to create a portal account, please sign a portal authorization form. These forms may be picked up in the office or sent to you upon request (mail or fax). Note: The portal is not accessible outside of the United States.
Allergy injections are administered on a walk-in basis. Administration begins when we open and ends ½ hour prior to our scheduled closing. This ½ hour allows technicians to monitor patients for possible reactions from new or newly rescreened treatment vials post-injection.
In addition to our online store, patients can purchase vitamins and supplements at our office during regular business hours. For faster service, call your order in ahead of time, and we’ll have them ready for you. We can also ship them to you for an additional fee via UPS ground service – which generally takes 2-3 days.
From I-91 (north or south), take exit 18. The exit will come to a “T.” Turn left on Pleasant St./Route 5. Proceed ½ mile to #395, on your left, just after the blue ATM. Park on either side of the building. The main entrance faces Pleasant Street.
From downtown Northampton, take Pleasant Street ½ mile to #395. You’ll see us on the right, after Northampton Bicycle and the plaza with the UPS Store. Park on either side of the building. The main entrance faces Pleasant Street.
